Concerns about Covid-19 may have an impact on your mental wellbeing. It is understandable to be feeling worried about the spread of the virus, the impact on yourself and your loved ones. It is important to take time to look after our physical and mental wellbeing.

The dedicated helpline is: 0300 123 7052 and will be open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This number is for those who urgently need help and have no-one else.
