This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme of the week is kindness.

We are delighted to say that we have partnered with Fika, a health technology business, to support your wellbeing. During this uncertain period, building our mental fitness is more important than ever. Fika have kindly created a specific Covid-19 remote psychological support package to help maintain mental fitness.

Fika draws on sports and positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy to provide daily five-minute mental fitness workouts tailored to our daily challenges. Fika is informed by an academic advisory board, and aligned with the 2019 NICE evidence standards for digital health technologies.
